1. Digital Products / Services

Since we offer digital products, custom designs, or creative services, all sales are final once the order is confirmed and the work has begun. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Completed design work
  • Downloaded digital assets
  • Any service that has been partially or fully delivered

2. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order:

  • Within 1 hour of purchase, if no work has commenced.

Once the project has started or digital goods have been delivered, cancellation is no longer possible.

3. Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • You were charged twice for the same order.
  • The service/product was not delivered within the agreed time (with no prior communication or update).
